Draft at Le Saint-Bock, Montreal. Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma of roasted malt. Taste is milk chocolate, roasted malt notes, sweet finish. Almost seems like chocolate milk.

Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune-orangée trouble, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme d’agrumes, malt, citron, houblon résineux, un peu herbacé. Goût d’agrumes, pomélo, malt, amertume moyenne, écorce de pomélo. Carbonatation​ moyenne-élevée​, corps moyen-faible.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with beautiful fragrant resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, lychee notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, clover field, nice and smooth. On tap at Le Barrage, Longueuil.

Canned, from Broue Ha Ha, Gatineau. Hazy golden with some sediment. Fruity nose with some apricots. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Peach and citrus. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head. Aroma of whiskey notes with some roasted malt notes and light acidic notes. Taste is a mix of whisky notes with some woody notes, acidic notes and some chocolate notes and residual sugar notes are also perceptible. Body is full with OK carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Enjoyable but I would have liked this beer better without the acidity.

Version Printemps 2018: A deep dark stout with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of whisky barrel, dark fruits, molasses, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light licorice, alcohol warmth, dark fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery. 8-4-8-4-15
