Bouteille 375ml. Couleur blanc laiteux voilé, mousse blanche fuyante. Arôme sauvage, herbacé, souffre, floral, léger, miel. Goût d’œuf dans le vinaigre, côté sauvage, légère acidité, miel, pas vraiment sucré. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen. Il se bonifie en s’aérant, mais le souffre demeure quand même trop présent.

Bouteille 375ml. Couleur jaune citron pâle translucide, mousse blanche. Arôme de miel, houblon floral, citron. Goût de miel, houblon résineux, amertume agressante, côté très vert, légère acidité, aucun sucre. Carbonatation très élevée, corps moyen.

A hazed golden mead with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity honey with light mineral notes, grassy hops, white homogenized honey, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity honey with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at La Cuvée d?hiver, 2017.

375nL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma brings out complex treacle and wild honey nectar. Flavour is along the same line, with a lovely wildflower honey quality upfront, followed by honey nectar, and phenols. Nice warming effect. Excellent.

Poured a clear blonde color mead with intense woody aroma and floral honey notes. I thought the aroma was somewhat reminiscent of scotch. Taste is quite intense with some sweet notes with light floral honey notes and light woody notes also discernable. Some of the alcohol does show but not too much. Not an expert on mead but really enjoyed this one.

Thanks _angst_! Handbottled. Sampled on June 15, 2015.Clear pale golden color, no head. Leaves an oily residue on the side of the glass, though no clear legs. Sweet, honey, almonds, alcohol scent. Honey, sort of tart taste. Warming alcohol. Honey (light), herbal, nutty aftertaste. Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel. Tart finish. Hints of raisin and toast.
