Handpump from cask @Bit&Fud in Rome-Italy. Yellow colour close to lemon peel, white foam. Nose: it smeels nice, citric, tangerine, honey. Mouth: thin body, not much consistency although not necessarily expected, a bit chicory in the end.

Nitro keg at luppolo12, rome. Amber color, almost clear, short white head. Aroma of roasted malts and caramel, decent hops backing with orange and lime. Distinct mineral note in the finish. Taste is on the bitter side with a toasted edge and some toffee. Light to medium body average carbonation, tingling even if hand pulled, clean dry finish.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note citriche e di erba tagliata. In bocca è bilanciatissima, con amaro contenuto e grande beva. Corpo leggero, carbonazione leggera. Ottima, complimenti!

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso frutta tropicale, mango, ananas, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è equilibrata, con discreto spunto amaro. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Le manca qualcosa, ma è comunque ben fatta.
