Scåssenes (previously Ecaussinnes)
Commercial Brewery in Ecaussinnes, Hainaut, Belgium 🇧🇪
Established in 1999
In 2020 after years of setbacks (the existing installations of the brewery turned out to be too old or too large; while co-investor Michel Simon left the firm) a new manager was appointed to put things in order. Brewmaster Jerôme, a medical biologist, keeps an eye on the fully automated brewing process.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ VBF 2017. THX! for sharing Kraddel. Orange, way bigger head than the Violette version, huge massive soapy white head. Nose is metallic soap, rubbish extremely sweet, soap, worst sweet flowers, extremely sweet artificial sweeteners, so chemical, sweet soap, so much artificial sweeteners,... Body is artificial sweeteners & soap,... Yikes this stuff is stupidly chemically sweet much like the other version. Also this tastes nothing like raspberry.
