Pours clear blonde, rather small white head. Smell is bit sweet, some grains, but not too intense . Taste is bitter, sharp, some yeast as well as some sugar whilst remaining at an OK sweetness. Overcarbonated ( what did you expect ??? ) . OK , but not too different from other beers. Generaly slightly different, i’d give it that much, but not enough to make it interesting

@ ZBF 15. Thnx for sharing, geeks! Pours black, smell is a bit sweet, grainy. Taste is grainy, bit chocolaty. Some bitter back. OK

Cloudy pale yellow to almost beige beer,s mall aery white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: floral, some exotic fruits, passion fruits, citrus, peach. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: yeasty, bitter touch, some citrus, grapefruit, floral notes. Aftertaste: bitter, grassy, citrus, fruity touch, nice bitterness. Very pleasantly surprised!

Darkk brown. Aroma of roasted malt and caramel. Fresh and bittersweet malty taste. Good balance of bitter and sweet.

At ZBF 15. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear yellow, very small white head. Smell is bit sharp. Some sweetness. Taste is sharp, bit bitter. Mild honey, bit oak. Brett is hidden, but gives a tad more complexity.

Clear light orange beer, creamy irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very sourish, fruity, spicy, bit funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit metallic, sourish, funky, spicy, bit hoppy, citrus. Aftertaste: very bitter, fruity, some peaches, bit acidic. Nice, but I'd give the brett some more time.

Sampled draft @ ZBF 2015. Served to me by a guy dressed as a nun. Dark brown, blackish, little tanned head. Nose is chicory coffee, herbs, sweet malts,… Taste is bitter herbal chicory coffee, roast, some brown sugar sweetness, roast, quite herbal,… Bit thin body. Decent, better than the current score indicates in my opinion. Thx! for sharing people!)
