Towering, dense pale cream-coloured head , slowly collapsing over amber beer with a light mossy sheen. End of bottle solid deposit. Faintly toasted malts and some aromatic hops; fresh dark green leaves. Bitter-hoppy, with continental hops, again mixed with toasted, non-sweet malts. Faintly peppery-leafy, on the edge of earthy. At least medium bodied, almost overcarbonated. Quite slick with a hop-induced oily feel. This is quite good indeed, and off the beaten track, instead of the umpteenth bread & butter beer. Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with large off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of grainy malt notes with some fusel alcohol and candi sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of grainy malt notes with some fusel alcohol notes and residual candi sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Lack of balance and attenuation makes for a sub-standard tripel.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy blond coloured brew with an nice hoppy bitter taste. This brew is very easy to drink for this kind of beerstyle, not to sweet and to bitter just fine and nice.
