33 cl. bottle sampled @ Streekbierweekend 2014. thx! for sharing people. Light hazy apple golden, cream white head. Nose is pure honey, sweet peal, sugar, chemical,… Taste is sweet apple, quince, sugar, fizzy, white sugar,… Sweet, touch sticky body. Not really what I was hoping for in a quince beer, more white sugar & some honey here.

33cl Bottle from Prik&Tik Pauwels. Hazy golden colour, enormous white head. Aroma of malts, hay, light floral. Flavour is malty, dry, floral, light hoppy, way way way over-carbonated. Light-bodied. OK taste-wise, but hard to drink b/c of the excessive carbonation.

Sample as Anders Peltr. Hazy yellow color, fine white head. Aroma of lightly spiced white bread. Taste is tart lemon.

Draft. Clear golden color, thick tan head. Aroma of light bready lemon. Taste is sweet straw.

Note: this concept is BS. You give me 10 different cheeses, I'll give you 10 completely utterly different beers that match one given cheese. There is no beer that goes well with every cheese, just like there is no cheese that would pair well with every beer. Just sayin".

Clear bright yellow beer, huge creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: grassy, bit soapy, sourish. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of citrus, very fruity, soft bitterness, some peaches. Aftertaste: yeasty, fruity, bit sweet, malty, sugary, soft bitterness, little spicy.

Malzig würziger, minimal säuerlicher Antrunk. Würzig, deutlich schokoladig. Rund süß. 11/10/9/9/9/9

Strong aroma, lots of red fruit sweetness, port. Quite boozy too. Flavour has red wine, port sweetness. Aftertaste is a bit grassy and vegetabley.

Medium brown-yellow head, over black beer. Ink, walnut, liqueurish, brandy aromas. Sweet, lots of liquorice, carrots - repulsive. Alcoholsweetness. Alcoholwarming, quite slick. Very disappointing.

Pours fuzzy blonde to orange , small white head . Smell is yeasty , some malty sweetness . Taste is bit bitter , very metallic , some sifoft hoppyness ( halertau ? ) , sweet malts . Good carbonation . Pretty refreshing , much taste for the abv. Pretty good , its like the other beers i love , in contradiction to most other beergeeks . Like palm hop select , or struise motuecha . I like it
