Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of yeast, malts and hops. Malty flavour, yeast, candy, light bitter. Malty finish, hops, straw and yeast.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, average to medium sized white to off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Well I could try to describe it in detail but it’s not worth it. The beer is not bad at all, but it’s a Belgian Blond like so many others, and there’s really nothing to say that hasn’t already been said.

Thanks. Sampled @ ZBF 2014. Dark brown, little in the way of head. Smells and tastes of chocolate truffles, sweet chocolate, mocha, lots of cocoa powder, chocolate malts, creamy and sweet with a chocolate truffle taste that really lingers. Delicious.

Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, bit soapy, dried fruits, vanilla, caramel, crème brûlée. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of dried fruits, bit sourish, some chocolate, mocha, red berries, vanilla, burnt caramel. Aftertaste: lots of mocha, cacao powder, raisins, dates, prunes, brown sugar.

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, thanks to the king of Croydon, 27/03/14. Light black with a moderate faded tan swirl. Nose is jammy berry fruits, Ribena berry, subtle hop bill, pine, light roast. Taste comprises light roast, Ribena berry tang, earthy hops, pinch of spice, light smoke and roast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough CDA..

Little cloudy golden orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of citrus, fruity, some pineapple, bit grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of citrus, bitter hops, very fruity, grapefruit. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, grapefruit, citrus, grassy hops, pretty bitter, dry, nice stuff!
