33CL bottle at home, yellow beer with a medium white head, don’t know what dandelion tastes or smells like but this beer has a floral aroma, taste is a bit sweetish and a creamy taste. Not bad.

75cl bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah @ weekly tasting. Clear red brown color, full sized off-white head that diminishes quite quickly. Smell malts, lightly raisins, lightly sweet. Taste lightly malts, lightly sourish, raisins. Fizzy carbonation, average body. Curious though how it tastes with dark chocolate. Why do I say this? Well, it’s on the label: 1. Pour the beer (no really?) 2. Let dark chocolate melt in your mouth 3. Swallow the chocolate with Brasser beer. Ah well, maybe some other time.

Bottle. Pretty much black, huge brown head with good retention. Aroma of dark milk chocolate. Taste is bitter cocoa, dark coffee. Not sure how old this bottle is, there isn’t a date that I can find, not sure if the hops have faded or not.

Dark brown/black. Well balanced black ipa. Complex aroma of grapefruit, caramel, cocoa powder and roasted malts. Light sweet, bitter aftertaste.

Opaque black brown beer, good pale tan head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Smooth dark malts, no roast or bitterness. Touch of dark chocolate and cream. Mellow sweet orange and pine. Finishes smooth and semi dry. Well balanced and mellow bipa.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready and yeasty (cara-)malty aroma with nutty and slightly grainy notes and a delicately herbal hoppy touch. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly bready and grainy malty taste with some hoppy notes underneath; sweet and delicately bitter finish with notes of brewing mash and a tinge of metal. 12.XI.13

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sited foamy head. Citrus-fruity hoppy aroma with delicately piney accents, a mildly malty and doughy touch and a spicy Belgian yeast- character. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Quite dry malty base with citric and slightly herbal and piney hops; dry and mildly bitter finish with a tinge of fruits and shy spicy notes. Likeable. 12.XI.13
