Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, coarse head. Light aroma of grapefruit and marzipan. Mid sweet with medum body and rounded mouthfeel. Mild grapefruit and caramel. Mid bitter finish.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 31/07/2015, still unsure why an IPA gets such long BB date. Brune, col épais moka crémeux. Arôme est agréablement houblonné axé sur des pointes d’agrumes. Malts chocolaté, grillé et caramel viennent balancer le tout. Palais reste centré sur un malté qui offre également des notes torréfiées. Le houblonné arrive en retrait et ajoute une amertume citronnée qui reste légèrement en retrait. Note herbacée, agrumes avec ces houblons rappelant une influence zélandaise et US.

Little cloudy yellow to beige beer, big fluffy white irregular head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty bad, urine smell when pouring the beer, then more fruity, phenols, hay, bit spicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, banana, little sweet, malty, citrus, bitter hops, grassy, cow stable. Aftertaste: grapefruit, citrus, spicy, very nice bitter hops, grassy, nice ending.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, hops, flowers, fruits, malt and grass. Bitter grassy finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Darkest brown, almost black coloured hue with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Piney and fruity hoppy aroma, combined with a moderately roasted malty touch with notes of dark chocolate and grapefruit. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly roasted malt-character with hints of chocolate, a tinge of burnt wood and most of all fruity and slightly piney hops, including accents of grapefruit and exotic fruits; bitter and delicately sweet, balanced roast-malty and hoppy finish. Very good and quite easy-going. 08.X.13

Sample at SBWF 2013. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of hops, grape, light malt and grass. The finish was bitter. An ok one.
