Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ ZBF 2015. Hazy light lemon, little white head. Nose is dull sweetish commercial brett, sugar, lemon, rather dull & non-expressive. Taste is dull soapy, herb, lemon, sugar, oak, commercial brett,… Tad soapy body. It isn’t bad or anything but it is surprisingly dull. Too bad, I expected more. (Thx! for sharing people!)

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Fruity, toasted malty and slight caramelish malty. Bitter and smooth roasted to light fruity finish. Ends dry and toasted malty.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is marzipan, some slight citrus, mild floral notes as well as some slight spices. Flavour is fruity and floral with some nectary and grape fruity notes as well as some sweet malts to it. Balanced and quite clean as for the flavour.

330 ml. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems & Zoon. Floral green hops, sweet elder flowers, light vanilla, light pleasant bitter flowers, lightly sweet, light coriander, light herbs, pleasantly hoppy by Belgian standards. This is quite enjoyable, nice surprise.

Gekocht bij: Famous Belgian Beer Events, Slinkerstraat 26, 3920 Lommel op 10-09-2014. 7 PK blond is een blond en helder bier dat bij het uitschenken ongelijkmatig wit schuim geeft, in een normale hoeveelheid maar het schuim zakt toch ineen. Een matige pareling is merkbaar. 7 PK blond geeft een moutig en fruitig aroma, ook de gist is merkbaar. De smaak is vooral zoet en in de mond is 7 PK blond wat prikkelend, niet te droog en volmondig. De nasmaak is ook wat zoet en duurt gemiddeld lang, men krijgt hier ook een zekere hopbitterheid die wat blijft hangen en de nabitterheid sterk maakt. Voor een doordrinker lijkt er mij wat te veel alcohol in te zitten maar 7 PK blond lijkt er toch wat op. Meer info en mijn befaamde sublieme foto’s kan je bewonderen bij:

Bottle thnx to kurt. Pours unclear light yellow, good white head. Smell is yeasty bitter. Taste os bitter, yeasty, bit sweet ( yeast fruityness) ,. High carbo. Finish is very soft and balance grains and yeast and bitter. Ok beer

Bottle thnx to Beerlover_ben . Apparently made for the highly reccomended Bitterzoet ( beerrestaurant ) now sadly enough closed ( wich to have been there ) . Pours very very light , clear . Blonde and good white head . Smell is hoppy , very soft . Round and balanced . Taste is bitter, bit funky . Ending is very clear past its prime ( some cardboard comes up ) . Still Ok , but don’t keep it if you have a bottle of this lying around .

fles van @MaartenRF10, meegebracht tijdens NNT1 bedankt ! schenkt iets troebel gouden/amber met schuimige witte kraag. Aroma van gist, floraal en wat koriander. Smaken zijn matig zoet, matig bitter, licht zuurtje, zwak fruitig, pilsmout, vleugje bijenhoning is zeker aanwezig in dit bier evenals de hoppigheid.. lage co2...verder vrij licht/dun... bittertje is redelijk bepalend in verder niet al te bijzonder bier... --- Beer merged from original tick of 1414 Ambrosius on 15 May 2018 at 14:20 - Score: 6
