Bottle from Buchanan’s Bistro. Hazy orange body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of peach, burnt orange and grass. Flavour of bitter hops, copper and a hint of PVA glue. Medium body with a light, oily texture. Very fizzy. So nearly a very good beer - the plastic/glue finish is sign of a slight infection.

Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk. Appearance - opaque black with a thin head that disappears quickly. Nose - coffee bean and chocolate. Taste - more of the same. Light roast. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - a session stout.

Bottle from Buchanan’s. It pours hazy orange - amber with a tiny white head. The aroma is sweet, grainy, spicy, cereal, biscuit, solvent and apple. The taste is sweet, sticky, chewy, grainy, boozy, glue/solvent, spice, apple & pears with a dry, warming finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Pretty messy stuff. A dissapointment.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Quiet Traveller’s Tonic Source ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel, moderate hoppy, pine, grapefruit, herbal - spicy, fenugreek.
