Bottle from Buchanan’s. It pours lightly hazy amber with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, funky, must, massive white grape and orange marmalade. The taste is crisp, tart, crazy juicy, white grapefruit, gooseberry, some bitterness, earthy, funky and bright acidity with a dry, woody finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rather interesting and enjoyable.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, wheat, candy, bread, barley, dusty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, bread, candy, sweet malt, barley. Bottle picked up Buchanan’s Bistro. It pours clear rich gold with a small white. The aroma is lemon, grapefruit, orange sherbet, yoghurt, hay and spice. The aroma is crisp, tart, very fruity upfront, zesty grapefruit, orange, yoghurt, straw and herbal with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A little bit unusual, but not without its charms.
