Bottle from Buchanan’s Bistro. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is rich, juicy, musty, funky, sweet apple pie, spice, black tea and wood. The taste is rich, fruity, wood, leather, festive spice, tannin, toffee apple and tea leaves with a drying finish. Medium + body and moderate carbonation. Good depth of flavour. Nice one.
