Bottle at share. Dark amber pour with an off-white foamy head. Aroma is boozy, pumpkin, malty. Taste focuses on the pumpkin flavors ( no pumpkin spice here!). earthy, sweet, rounded out by a healthy warm glow.

Clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is cloves, rose, pine sap, and caramel. Sweet and sugary, with a funky and rough bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and hot. Strange and unpleasant.

Golden with a medium sized foamy white head. Yeasty, tangy, fruity and perfumey. Medium finish and body.

Draught at Carbon Copy: pours hazy with white head. Aroma is huge bouquet of passionfruit, mango and tropical fruitiness. Taste is sweet and rather fruity. Low bitterness. Smooth and pleasant.

Taster at the COS location. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. The aroma is juniper, lavender, strawberry, and straw. Sweet and malty, with a fair, resinous bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and sharp. Pretty nice.

Generously shared by George at George's tasting in Chapel Hill. Sam might have been there.
Dark, oily small 12oz bottle share.
Dark black oil, shiny, thin head.
Oats, semi-sweet, cream, very mild berry, oily nose.
Heavy bourbon, lots of cereal, kinda oily body, dark chocolate, lots of maple, intensely sooty, very sticky finish.
More than a bit too much barrel to concentrate.
Buff.

12oz (thx, Terry M.!) @ Ryan's. Pours like oil.
Aroma: heavy, woody, some sweetness.
Taste: thick, very woody, noticeable toasted barrel, somewhat smoky.
Overall: pretty good one, but to me it's like just another (but quality) liquid wood bomb.
