Description
Unsung Brewing Co is a craft brewery located in Orange County, California. Brewer and founder Mike Crea established UNSUNG Brewing to create beers of uncanny flavor and depth that play well with food. We are brewers who think about flavors when we create. It starts with a lengthy discussion of specific attributes we want in a beer. From there, the recipe takes shape. It's this deliberate process before ever milling a single grain that's our framework for brew day.

On-tap in the Beach Hut Deli, Mission Viejo on 23rd February 2022, my 16oz pour came very cold. Clear and clean golden body, white crown. Lively carbonation, piney hops and a light bitterness, decent.

The pineapple and coconut aromas and flavors almost overpower the hops. But some of the citrus does come through as well as some bitterness. Pretty good beer.

16 oz can. Clear straw color. Yeasty lager skunk aroma with light cracker. Flavor is spot on for the style, grain, lager yeast and baked bread. Light body with a crisp texture.

Can. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is straw and hay forward with a touch of biscuit and a hint of grass underlying. Flavor has a bit more grass but is mainly straw and hay with a hint of biscuit underlying.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. Totally clear. A big funky citrus nose. Smooth, very sharp, a classic west coast IPA, grapefruit, big oranges, smooth. Light resin. Lovely. Cool can design.

Can via trade, thanks Arturo.
No BB on can.
