Description
Evil Twin Brewing was started up “nomadically” in 2010 by Jeppe Jarnit- Bjergso. In 2012, Jeppe and his family decided to make New York City their home and join the burgeoning local beer scene. In 2016, Jeppe was approached with the opportunity to finally root his ideas & dreams and Evil Twin Brewing NYC was born.
At Evil Twin Brewing NYC we wanted to expand upon the traditions of innovation & further it with the intimacy of a local neighborhood microbrewery. With more control over our recipes, we are able to experiment on new flavors while perfecting the classics.
Collaboration is a huge part of Evil Twin Brewing NYC & we are excited to be able to host & collaborate with all the amazing brewers in NYC and throughout the world within our very own home base! We strive to be a community space for all of Ridgewood and Queens and our goal is that our brewery and taproom becomes a place for locals and beer tourists alike.
Our Queens brewery has been a long time coming & we are thrilled to have a home where our families, friends, and neighbors have a place to share our love for great beer, food & culture with the Ridgewood community, NYC, & the world!

16oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour with a thin beige foamy head. Booze on the aroma, not so much in the taste. Cacao , notes of vanilla, woody, earthy, roasty. Very complex, but for on the adjunct list, that's a given.

Tap at ET Dumbo. Hazudnek ha azt mondanam, hogy nem folynak egybe a gyumik, de akkor is, ha azt, hogy ez nem egy kurva jo kis (edes) sour. Koszonom, hogy eljottetek a TED talkomra.

Tap at Dumbo. 7.5 evnyi kitarto probalkozasomba kerult. 7.5 evbe, ami alatt szamtalanszor feladtam a remenyt, kiabrandulva, csalodottan. 7.5 ev utan azonban bebizonyosodott, hogy igenis MEG KELL TARTANI A REMENYT. Megvan az elso sor, ami Fanninak is izlett. Elkepeszto. Egyebkent tenyleg nagyon finom volt.

Tap at the Dumbo location.

Tap at Dumbo. Deep brown pour with a tan head. Nose is light coffee, more toffee, chocolate and nuts. Taste is moderately roasty, otherwise pleasantly sweet, nutty, fruity, chocolatey. It’s got a bigish body, soft carbonation and a hint of bitterness. Hit the spot for me.

Can shared at MONYO. Pours black with a reddish hue and beige head. The tart raspberries balance the sweet malts and booze out nicely all along both in aroma and taste; then the coffee, chocolate and molasses add an extra layer, while maintaining the balance. Unlike many pastry stouts this one manages to stay pretty drinkable all along, no components become overwhelming. Closes with a long lasting fruity and coffee finish, has medium to full body and soft carbo. Tasty.
