Can from the brewery. Black pour with a medium beige head. Aroma is has some great, thick roasted malt notes. Light hops, with some soft brown sugar and chocolate cake. Mouth feel is silky, with a some carb. Low bitterness, lovely well balanced sweet and bitter roasted malts, with more cakey flavours. Quite nice.

On tap at space craft in Sudbury Ontario. Clear yellow/orange pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is semi sweet, bready malts with a dried grass/hay hop note. Mouth feel and carb are great. Finish is lightly bitter, more breath, slightly sweet malt notes with a soft grassy finish. Excellent.

Can from the brewery. Orange/copper pour, small white head. Juicy pine Aroma, resins and some subtle stone fruit. Full mouth feel, soft carb. Medium bitterness, more resins and stone fruit, light breadiness slightly fruity malts.

Slightly hazy orange pour, with a small white head. Juicy hop Aroma, some nice orange and mandarin with hints of mango and melon. Perfect mouth feel, great carb. The finish is lightly bitter, very drinkable, nice stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Lovely Aroma! Bakers chocolate, dark roast coffee, vanilla, woody Bourbon, sweet noir on, hints if spice and some dried coconut. Silky mouth feel, great carb. Medium bitterness, amazing Bourbon flavour. It’s not over the top, just enough so you know it’s there. Semi sweet vanilla, loads of great savoury coffee. Extremely well balanced, I loved this.

Bottle from the brewery. Dark brown pour, with a large beige head. Aroma is obviously figs and dark fruit with some sweet bready malts. Kinda defeats the purpose of adding figs and what not, these are flavours you normally find in a Belgian strong ale. This is yeasty, and sweet, low bitterness, bready and satisfying. Nice mouth feel, carb is spot on. A nice easy drinking Belgian strong ale, a perfect Xmas sipper.

Can from the brewery. Clear yellow pour, with a big frothy white head. Lots of grass, hints of pine, and lots of cereals. Very crisp, super quenching, super clean. The cereals are great, and the hops are a perfect compliment. Excellent pils!
