Can from the brewery, pale pink pour, small white head. Aroma is soft berries, and fruity esters. Light floral notes some honey and herbs. Light refreshing mouth feel, lively carb. Low bitterness, light fruit and berries in the end.

Bottle from the brewery. Dark brown pour, with a large beige head. Aroma is obviously figs and dark fruit with some sweet bready malts. Kinda defeats the purpose of adding figs and what not, these are flavours you normally find in a Belgian strong ale. This is yeasty, and sweet, low bitterness, bready and satisfying. Nice mouth feel, carb is spot on. A nice easy drinking Belgian strong ale, a perfect Xmas sipper.

Can from the brewery. Clear Copper pour, with a small white head. Orange oil, peach, apricot and tropical fruit. Hints if pine, with candied mango slices. Mouth feel and carb are spot on, bitterness is medium. Dried mango slices, fresh peach flesh, nectarine and orange zest. Quite nice.

Slightly hazt yellow pour, medium white head. Yeasty aroma, some sharp, bright cereals and grassy, slightly resinous hops. Light mouth feel, lively carb. Finish is yeasty, bright, sharp and crisp. Bright, grassy hop finish, carb is a little too much, but other than that, a nice sessionable beer, with just enough going on to keep you interested.

Can from the brewery. Clear amber pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is biscuity, crackery, with some resinous pine and hints if citrus zest. Grassy, malty, hints of soft citrus. A nice easy drinking pale ale, an american/British hybrid. Nice stuff.

Pale amber, slight haze. Just a thin head. The aroma has light hibiscus, a bit of berry. Fairly fizzy. The strawberry comes across sweet, raspberry lending roundness, and hibiscus steps back. The fruits are brighter and more complex on the palate. It's got a bit of yeastiness - a brut type thing - and finishes sort of off-dry.

750mL bottle, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of champagne-like effervescence, gentle strawberries, and a touch of floral character from the hibiscus. Flavour is dry and somewhat champagne-like, with strawberries, floral notes, and some bugs. Strange mixture of elements that somewhat work together. Higher-than-average carb works well here. Solid but nothing too exquisite.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear amber gold with small white head. Strawberry and raspberry with feint hibiscus and touch of that brut note in the background. Decent.
