Brutbier with Strawberries, Raspberries, and Hibiscus. Brewed to emulate the pink rosé Champagnes of France, this elegant ale has been fully fermented resulting in an incredibly dry and effervescent mouthfeel, only to be aged for months on strawberry and raspberry purée and finished with whole hibiscus flowers.

Pale amber, slight haze. Just a thin head. The aroma has light hibiscus, a bit of berry. Fairly fizzy. The strawberry comes across sweet, raspberry lending roundness, and hibiscus steps back. The fruits are brighter and more complex on the palate. It's got a bit of yeastiness - a brut type thing - and finishes sort of off-dry.

750mL bottle, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of champagne-like effervescence, gentle strawberries, and a touch of floral character from the hibiscus. Flavour is dry and somewhat champagne-like, with strawberries, floral notes, and some bugs. Strange mixture of elements that somewhat work together. Higher-than-average carb works well here. Solid but nothing too exquisite.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear amber gold with small white head. Strawberry and raspberry with feint hibiscus and touch of that brut note in the background. Decent.

Thx, Matt!
In line with most of the others I've tried from the brewery - harsh, meh, and requires sophistication.

Can: Poured a pinkish color ale with a medium white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some nice raspberry and hibiscus notes that are easily noticeable. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some fresh raspberry and hibiscus notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Enjoyable sour with a good level of complexity.

Clean with Champagne tiny bubble, active carbonation, a fizzy off-white head, decent stay (as in longer than sparkling wines). A nice thin coats the brew, with a few spots of lacing. Fresh, fruity-berry aromas with Champagne yeast and some sour-funkiness. Gets a little hazy as it pours, and the colour is peach-rosé. The taste shows the berries again with the hibiscus adding a nice touch, perfume-fruity. The mouthfeel is on the thin side, but still full enough for the style. Enough dryness in the end. This does not feel like an 8% ABV beer, but a nice Brut, Champagne-like, with well-blended fruits.

A hazed pinkish orange Saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light cloves, banana esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
