Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.
Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

Bottle from GBBF 2013 and drunk at home. Clear amber with thick ivory coloured head. It’s a slightly malty beer. Toffee, malt, some fizziness on the finish. Some white pepper hop or aroma and on finish. It’s tasty. I like it. Good toffee.

75 cl bottle [thanks to mum and dad bringing this from holiday last summer] @ home. Clear yellow to golden color, huge white head consisting out of fairly large bubbles leaving fair to good lacing. Smell malts, slightly grains, slightly blossom, unripe fruits, green apples and some berries. Taste malts, a bit sweet-bitter, some fruitpeel, unripe fruits and lightly grains. Medium carbonation, medium body. Quite decent.
