L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di perlage da bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è nella norma, con velocità di ascesa risalita frizzante e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano sentori di cereali.

This italian blonde ale was a bit of a gusher. I got it for 1000 yen on sale at Aeon Liquors. A fruity aroma that features notes of stone fruit (apricot + peach) and a dab of honey. The taste is rough, a bit acidic, fruity and perhaps even yoghurty. I probably served it too warm which didn’t do it any favors but it’s still an OK price, just not worth the full asking price of 1500 yen or so in Japan for a 750ml bottle.
