Bottled 330ml. -from local olive oil and spices shop in Firenze. Pale golden coloured, small white head, whiff of fruits in the nose. Weak malty, slightly fruity and weak herbal hoppy, hint of spices and that’ it. Overall pretty thin and watery.

Bottle split at Mother Arch, thanks to Harrisoni, 03/01/15. Lightly hazed pale golden with a decent white covering. Nose is ctric rind, vanilla, light wood notes, ripe melon, faint brett. Taste comprises tangy citrics, lemon, straw, light spice, pale malt, bread dough, light floral, tangy peach, hint of yeast. Medium bodied, fine carnbonation, semi drying close with a grassy bitter linger. Ok offering.

Bottle shared at Kernel. Thanks to Ian. Translucent pale yellow coloured with a thin white head. Aroma is light honey, grainy, light apple, little sharp. Flavour is grainy, light straw, little honey, little tart apple fruit, saison like yeast esters. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation. Dry finish. Lingering lemon and doughy malts.

Bottle from Tomas, many thanks. Very dark brown color with beige head. Roasted malt, licorice in aroma. Taste, caramel, roasted malt, sugar, solvent. Overall OK.

Bottle. Aroma caramel, chocolate, dark roasted malts. Very dark colour. Taste is rather sweet, chocolate, caramel, solventy, but overall good.

Draft during the FAI Via Lattea, Milano 11 maggio 2014. Ambrée, col beige, blanc cassé. Arôme de malt caramel, léger grillé avec un petit bouquet fleuri et légèrement mielleux. Palais est malté sur une pointe d’épice et un petit renfort organique mielleux? possible dans une scotch ale. Pointe de malt chocolaté en toute fin de bouche. Garde un palais légèrement épicé assez agréable avec un petit fini de grains.
