Can. A- Caramel, coconut, dark fruit, malty. A- Burnt orange color, cloudy liquid, beige head. T- Bitter, caramel, dark fruits, whisky, malty, medium sweetness. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- After about 4 or so years of aging, I thought this would mellow and sweeten. Still quite bitter and aggressive. Just not a fan of what I've had from Cameron's to date.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with a pinkish-beige hue. The head is big, warm-white, frothy (on the thicker-looking side) with good retention for a sour, and leaving some froth on the brew. The aromas are little weird, as the papaya has that tropical fruitiness, and the grassy hops kind of blends this off a bit. Nothing offensive, but not what I was expecting. You do get use to it with time. It's almost like mild wet socks, or wet cardboardish. You still get some of that in the taste, but it is much better, as the sourness covers everything. The fruitiness is underneath and the hops are only there to finish this dry. Drinkable, but a different fruity sour.

Last brew from their Stack Pack, pouring a clean copper colour with ruby highlights. The head is frothy, beige, with good retention and leaving some nice lacing streaks. The nose is fairly sweet, rich with roasted malt base and some dark fruits, even some cherry liquorice. It does seem to calm down as it pours. Thankfully some nice hops do kill the sweetness in the finish. Smooth, silky mouthfeel. Not bad, but not one I would have again.

Part of their Stack Pack from this past Christmas. Clean amber colour with a big head, lightly beige coloured, frothy, long lasting and leaving some creamy-dirty lacing. Very hoppy nose with fresh herbal notes and hints of cilantro. The rye grain smell comes out after breathing a little with some mild spiciness. The mouthfeel is fairly dry, building into the finish. Still, a wet feel is left on the tongue. Flavours of light grassy hops. Starting to become a bit hazy. A decent IPA with hints of rye, giving a tad spiciness, but not overly.

Part of their Stack Pack for this last Christmas. Pours a hazy golden colour with an amber hue. The head is pretty big, fluffy-creamy with good retention and some foamy-creamy lacing left. Grassy aromas of West Coast hops with hints of cilantro herbalness. The mouthfeel is wet, juicy with an end that gets pretty dry and lingers. Very grassy flavours found in the West Coast style, and the alcohol is fairly well-hidden. Goes down pretty easily.

A dark hazed reddish copper barley wine with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, light dank resinous hops, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, vinous character, alcohol warmth, light resinous hops, still solid after 4 years.

Can from the LCBO. Dark cola coloured with a small lingering dark beige head tha leaves string lace. Nose is coffee, roast and cocoa. Light molasses sweetness with a medium coffee and dark chocolate bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with soft carbonation and a dry finish.Solid. 7+/4/7/3+/15-
