(On Tap) Clear deep coppery brown with good dense white head. Subtle aroma of toffee, seaweed and citrus. Nice mouthfeel - medium body, slightly silky with bright carbonation. Nice caramel / toffee malt with some balancing vegetable / seaweed notes that develop into some pleasant bitterness in finish. Amber is not my favorite style but this is good - the extra hops make it interesting.

Pours rather clear amber , small white head . No real smell . taste is bit grainy , sweet, amber malts. Rather weak though . Nice in taste however . Earlier Rating: 2/13/2015 Total Score: 3.8Pours rather clear amber . Smell is unintense , bit sweet . Taste is bit sweet, grainy , some bitterness . Herbal tones . Amber maltyness up front .

Pours murkey brown . Smell is walnuts , bourbon . Taste is slightly boozy , sweet , Grainy , bourbon, oak . Lovely !

Pours clear blonde, small white head . Smell is malty . Taste is a bit bitter . Full grains , bit sweet . Grainy back as well . Nice ans intense, refreshing . Very well made pilsner

Pours rather unclear blonde no real head. Smell is pure walnuts. Taste is walnuts, sweet, bit boozy, grainy, some copper, slightly bitter. Absolutely fantastic!

Pours rather clear blonde. Good white stable, even rising head. Smell is bit malty, some hops but not too much. Taste is rather intense bitter, full hoppy aroma that is on the sweet side some maltsweetness as well. Some cornflake taste as well. Good mouthfeel and carbo. Like bitter breakfast. Lovely

Draft at the source on 12/31/13. Hazy golden amber color, massive cream colored head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of gourd and light spice. Taste of gourd, maple, cinnamon, light butmeg. Spiced not overwhelming. Tasty!
