Draft @ FBGBF ’010. Pours light copper with thin off white head. The aroma is vaguely sweet with a touch of caramel. The taste starts with a thin pulse of sweetness before a modest note of vague bitter hops sway themselves into grapefruit like acidity and then moving toward slight graininess. It ends pretty dry with a bit of hop resin and a touch of roast. Very drinkable and fairly refreshing.

On tap at the Pensacola location pouring up clear gold with full bright white head and some lacing. The aroma is sweet, floral and then a touch grainy. The taste brings forward notes of grain, corn and then floral hops. By midway and into the finish just a bit of spicy and floral hop bitterness is noticeable for a moment or two.

On tap at the Pensacola location pouring up clear deep copper with thin white head. It has a big spicy aroma with notes of citrus, some sweet malts and faint dark fruity esters. The taste is predictably spicy winter spice additions of cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander and possibly all spice. The non spice notes are sweet crystal malts, some caramel malts and faint citrus hop flavor imparting a just noticeable hop bitterness.
