Bottle 250ml. @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As Pietra Bionda ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, vegetables, cardboard. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, sugary, cardboard, floral. Bottle. Heavily lightstruck in both aroma and flavour, also oxidation. Thin bodied, slightly metallic in the finish. Basically an off flavour exhibition.

F: big, light off-white, good retention. C: amber, clear. A: malty, herbal, caramel, bread, hint of grassy. T: malty, caramel, herbal, hint of molasses, brown sugar, toast, nutty, hint of spicy, grassy bitterness, medium body, good carbonation, interesting concept and tasty beer, amber beer on the bottle, 0,33l bottle from Carrefour somewhere in west-north France.

Clear amber with little white head. Aroma is yeasts, flour and some musty hops. Soapy in taste and finish. Some smoke as well. Meh.

Dense orange/light red colour, almost transparent. some carbonation visible. Big white head shows good retention and nice lacing. Aroma shows sweet malts (toffee, maybe caramel), a light chestnut touch and a sligh hint of spiciness. Taste is mostly sweet with a hint of bitterness in the finish: toffee, caramel, light spiciness. Chestnut? maybe a little. Light to medium body, average crispness, easy, bordering creamy but not quite getting there. Flawless, but not much worth notice

Samea, vaaleankeltainen olut, joka on hyvinkin pitkälle Belgialaisten witbierien näköinen. Paksu pienikuplainen valkoinen vaahto häviää nopeasti. Pitsiä jää kivasti lasin reunoille. Tuoksu varsin mieto, lähinnä hieman sitruunaa ja ehkä aavistus viljaa havaittavissa. Maku myös kevyt ja mitäänsanomaton. Koko matkaltaan sitruunainen, kevyt ja vetinen. Kuin sitruunalla maustettua laimeaa vichyä joisi. Ulkonäkö huijasi odottamaan enemmän tältä, mutta eipä iskenyt.

Bottled@PBF XI. Coppery amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. aroma is fruity, wooden, mild cherries and some rose hip. Flavour is cherries, some fruits, syrup and mild wooden ntoes.

Bottled@PBF XI. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, herbal and some sweet malty notes. Flavour is quite similar, ending in a quite sweet maltiness.

33cl bottle @PBF XI. Poured deep amber with a thick white head. Cherry overload, sweet candy. So sweet, so bad.
