Bottle from my parents. Fizzy, refreshing bubbles. I would say this leans more into the fizzy mead style of drink. The apples are clearly present too, but do not impart much of a character, it is rather honeyish in flavour. I do not get much hops at all, maybe a faint hint of general fruitiness and grass. Overall could use a bit more complexity of individual parts, but it is well balanced as is, easy drinking and tasty. Good but not great.

Bottle from my parents. Lots of berry character in this one, quite fruity, with mead beneath the fruit in the balance, not coming through very much. Lots of bubbles, refreshing, easy drinking. Mead character kinda lost in this one, but it is pretty good.

Bottle at the mead museum. Pours clear golden, nose is toffee, honey, herbs, taste is juicy fruit, sweet honey, some spice.

A mead made with addition of Moravian Muscat grapes. Honey sweetness dominates the palate, the grapes are responsible for the floral character, notes of golden raisins and soft acidic finish. It’s smooth and feels lighter than 12% ABV.

Bottle from the Plzeň central square stand, shared at the partay. Golden body. Honey, caramel, citric and oak barrel notes in the aroma. Soft, sweetish taste, woody notes, light creamy vanilla, whiskey, mild funk, delectable really. Another fantastic Včelovina!
