Draft at the Lougueville Hotel, Lane Cove, Sydney. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light tart citrus, herbal, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Pours gold, small white head.Nose shows floral hops, lychee, passion fruit, cookie dough-like malt.Flavours pretty much match the aroma, but less focus of the fruit. Body feels a bit watery.

Can. Deep amber with a fat cream coat of head. Aroma: rich caramel-tinged bread, dried bananas, spiced biscuity dough. Biscuity sweetness, a fair bit of warmth, some spices and gradually gripping bitterness. Palate seems a little woolly but perhaps it will gain definition in time.

Can. Just unclear pale amber with a white head. Aroma of tropical and berry bubblegum, some earth and grain keep it savoury. Fairly light bodied, highish carbonation. Moderately sweet and fruity with some (grainy?) spices at the modestly bitter end.

Can. Crystal clear amber with a large near white head. Aroma of breadcrust, pine, citrus and citrus blossoms, some berries, some kitchen spray. Just medium bodied so despite bread and caramel it's not all that sweet. Perhaps a little plain in the malt department - but arguably that is to style. More berries than grapefruit. Piney bitterness grips over a few sips. Best Goat in some years.
