Press good with a large white head.
Nose shows hay, soft spicy hops, slight heading malt. Very inoffensive.
Flavours include more hay notes, soft honey notes, faint earthy hops.
Body feels on the watery side.

(Can) Pours clear pale gold with good fluffy white head. Subtle aroma - a bit grassy, a bit apple with a hint of dough. Light body with plenty of very soft carbonation giving a pleasant mouthfeel. Gently tart start followed by some grassy herbal notes, some apple and a little hoppy bitterness. Not very pleasant.

None of that description is on the can. Almost clear gold, 2cm white head. Gentle aroma of somewhat doughy bread, light floral and spicy notes, hints of cooked quince. Then a little leaner than that suggests with the fruit pretty much vanishing and a spicy bitter finish that's a tad more punchy. OK.

Can. Deep amber, slightly unclear. A cm of pale beige head is soon at the rim. Aroma of brown sugar, light spices, booze, some oak. Just medium bodied. Sweet toffee, some stewed fruit. Jarring bitterness with a little overt alcohol. Never been a fan of normal Fancy Pants but thought this might work better.

It seems that Wop Wops is Kiwi for Woop Woop and also appropriate attire for there. Hope that helps. Can. Somewhat cloudy amber with a 3/2cm white head. Fruity and slightly biscuity aroma with citrus and peach, hints of resin. Easy going, fairly light bodied with peach and some citrus and weeds at the moderately bitter end. Pleasant quaffer.

Can. Sounds odd but not trendy - which suggests the heart is still beating at Mountain Goat. Amber with a 3/2cm cream head.Aroma of singed coffee caramel (a bit Créme Catalan), floral and spicy hops. Moderately sweet with singed toffee notes that work well with well-integrated coffee before firm bitterness. Interesting.

Draft at the Longueville Hotel, Lane Cove, Sydney. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a round frothy white head. The aroma is crushed apple. The flavour is strong sweet, with a somewhat light, crisp, light herbal, sweet sugary palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A real sugary sweety without much else.
