A deep dark brown Saison with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a light grainy malt with light lactic notes, light treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a rather tart acidic Saison with ground cherries, lactic acid, earthy character, a bit astringent. On tap at Gary Location.

A golden saison with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity cherry malt with light lemon notes, Epsom salts, lactic acid notes,. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with loads of lemon juice, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Gary Location.

Bottle. Lactic acid, lemon, salt, light biscuit malt and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Sweet tart lemon, lactic acid, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. Very solid.

Bottle. Raspberry, salt, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy reddish yellow with small head. Sweet-tart raspberry, salt, malt, and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Mild tannic flavor. Very nice.

Draft: Poured cloudy, slightly pinkish-amber with a thin head. Tart blackberry aroma and flavour. Wheat, salt... Very nice.......sweet/tart/salty combo works really well.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours hazy brownish red with a small redish offwhite head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissiapting. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, biscuits, caramel, lemon juice, dark grapes, raspberries, moist wood, hay, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, sour, malty, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is tiny dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is sour with dark bread, caramel, lemon juice, dark grapes, cranberries, hay, moist soil, leather, barnyard and lemon zest. Cool but very much rough around the edges.

Smell is tiny malty and slightly fruity with crackers, caramel, lemon juice, yuzu juice, blackberries, yoghurt, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity.
