Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque pink with a small, white head. Nose doesn’t reveal an awful lot, tartness alright, but no real cherry. Body is light, fizzy. Tart and slightly salty alright and now the cherries really come through blending well into the tartness of the base beer. Everything is well balanced here, nothing overdone. Only very late do i pick up that almond/ baking yeast/ sulphur that often disturb these styles. But generally very fresh and quaffable. 120815

Draft - brewer indicated this was a young, unaged batch. Tart earthy fruity malt aroma. Hazy amber with a small beige head. Sour earthy lactic flavor. Medium body, lively carbonation. I’d like to try the aged version, because this had the potential to be very good once it developed the oaky balsamic flavor that comes from aging.
