Bottle, courtesy of the meadery. It's a more or less clear one, bright golden colored, still and headless. Lightly oily pour. The aroma is quite foresty, piney and with some juniper. A touch of honey and citrus. It's medium bodied and very softly carbonated, with a gentle sweetness. Honey, juniper, pine cones, generic forest and some citrus in the flavor. Medium length finish. A nice one, but it feels a bit cloying after some sips. Really like the juniper and piney touch in this one. 241117

Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
