0.375l bottle, thx Zhenya! Very dark brown body, no head. Initially creamy, caramelly aroma, nutty, huge roast, leathery, minerally, but tame and pleasant enough. Lean, dry taste, roast, tannins, citric notes, berries, bit roasted nutty, remarkably lean, bit of warmth The barrel is lightly subdued but within reason. Better than the sum of its parts somehow!

Old rating - Back when we were able to travel, a friend brought this back home to Jersey for me. Pours a deep red with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, bread, seaweed & deep fruity malts. Medium body & bitter finish. Very different & overall highly enjoyable
