Description
The Birrificio Rurale was born in 2009 from the idea of five beer enthusiasts who wanted to find the agricultural origins of beer in an area with a strong rural vocation. in mid-2012 we started planning to move. At the beginning of 2013, we started production in our new brewery, after more than three years of work and gaining experience, we decided to continue on our path by moving to a place that would allow us to manage the growing demand with greater control. Definitely less romantic than the previous premises, the new headquarters in Desio is much more functional and will allow us to offer you an increasingly constant and quality product.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como; bb 29.07.14
Dark brown color, small head. Aroma of hops and earth, dusty malt. It blends some Belgian Dubbel character (caramelly, moderately sweet) with a touch of roasted malts and modern hopping; quite strong bitterness.
Crossover; strange; but not bad.

31/07/2013 Bir&Fud (tap). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso è fresca, luppolata, note fruttate, di pesca e agrumi, anche frutta esotica, non male. In bocca è leggermente meno efficace, bella luppolata (forse un filo troppo), discreta beva, ma non lascia il segno. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Ok.
