Tastes like a cross between a mead and a ginger beer, very refreshing. Thanks Keith J S.

Very pale yellow. Light honey aroma. Sweet taste but not too sweet. Light sweet apple and honey finish. Hop fans won't like this.

12 oz can from a four pack. Aroma is medicinal, minerally, cranberry, strawberry, honey. Pours ruby red with a collapsing purple white head. Taste is lightly sweet, lightly tart, with flavors of the fruit, honey. Highly carbonated. Kind of soda poppish. Not really a fan.

On tap at Belmont Station, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out the coffee upfront, with subdued honey sweetness. Flavour is sweet and earthy, with medium honey sweetness, vanilla, light bourbon and prominent earthy coffee beans. This works pretty well together - cohesive and balanced. Excellent.

This is much better than the elderflower session mead. bright red color and clear. Some honey in the flavor and aroma, good carbonation, hibiscus, and honey aftertaste. Aroma smells sweeter than it actually tastes.
