Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma very dry apples and some farmhouse notes. Flavour is very dry, but still highly drinkable and well-balanced, with a touch of sweetness on the end. Wonderfully balanced. Great cider.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma of semi-dry apples. Flavour is very dry, with almost a tartness to the apples. Very nice stuff - enjoyable dry cider.

Light gold color, with nice legs. The aroma has some alcohol, apple pie, glue. Sweet mouthfeel; the alcohol is too present, not much apple flavor, hints of vanilla from the oak. but it’s a nice liquor.

Pale blond color. Light fresh aroma, a bit flowery and fruity, and a hint of cookie dough, phenol. Semi-sweet, with elegant mild flavor, light apple juice and light touch of crackers.

Not very cidery, and no honey. Mild acidity. Some plastic Pretty useless.
