Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out complex thick honey notes. Flavour is complex, with light-to-medium honey sweetness. Highly drinkable with loads of depth. Very nice mead.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a hazy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out medium honey sweetness along with apples. Flavour is medium sweet, with only subtle notice of the apples. ABV is warming but not intrusive. Excellent.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a cloudy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out monolithic ginger notes. Flavour brings out ginger upfront, with medium-high sweet apples. Very complex and balanced. Excellent cider.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a clear amber with a tiny head. Nose is strong, with notes of ginger and raspberry. Flavour is interesting, with the ginger upfront, with raspberries in the back. Cohesive and complex, with medium sweetness. Good stuff.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a cloudy blonde with no head. Aroma is quite complex, with notes of sweet apples, light spiciness, and perfume. Flavour brings out spicy notes, medium dry apples, and farmhouse notes. Well-balanced and complex. Very nice.

Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a clear blonde with no head. Aroma brings out lots of hops, along with apples and some honey. Flavour is very hoppy, quite bizarre for a cider, with dry apples on the finish. Very strange, but drinkable stuff.
