Il gusto al naso ha i sentori della frutta secca, delle rose e del luppolo. L’intensità olfattiva è più che normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini e carbonazione media ha una discreta resistenza che termina in un pizzo sul vetro. La frizzantezza è data da bollicine fini a carbonazione bassa. La consistenza del liquido è opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di amaro. Il finale è amarognolo, lungo e complesso. L’aroma rimanda a percezioni di miele, frutta secca, resina e agrumi.

Draft. ABV listed was 11%. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Plum and yeast aroma with light whiskey. Plum and brandy flavor with whiskey, yeast, and light fusels. Medium bodied. Plum and fusels linger with light yeast, brandy, and light summer fruit. Messy.

Bottle: Poured hazy copper with a off white head. Edgy juicy hops with a malt character. Nice hoppy forwards that leads into a nice malts.

Tap at the Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a bit nettle grass bucket palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels. Poured a clear medium brown with a thin broken off white head. The flavour is light bitter light sour with a smooth woody resin, light sweet malt palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Deep red amber. Nose is weird burned herbs mixed with hops, pine, burned sugar. Taste is herbal burned sugar, sweet malts, herbal, hay, burned malts,… Burned herbal tastes. Largely just sweetish burned herbs. Not really for me.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Hazy wheat amber, little white head. Nose is floral, hay, esters, light hop. Taste is mainly sweet sugar, ester, candy, toffee, dull white sugar taste, toffee, little hops, faint pine,… Tad milky yeast, white bread body. Touch watery. Rather bland, white sugar sweet concoction.
