Pint can. Yellow pour that is lightly cloudy with a medium white head that soon recedes to a fine film. The aroma is medium in strength with grapefruit, pine and something tropical(perhaps guava). The taste is dominated by pine, resins, grapefruit and lemons. The palate is full and crisp. Finishes long and dry with lingering bitter pine. Overall: decent--really nice take on the old west coast DIPA. Paired well with some sweet mesquite bbq chips.

Pint Can. Somewhat cloudy copper color with a medium sized sudsy white head, The aroma is strong with fresh citrus--I get mandarin oranges, grapefruit and perhaps some lime. The taste is big as well, with bitter grapefruit in the forefront, followed by pine resins, and mangoes. The palate is full and viscous with soft carbonation. Finishes somewhat short with lingering bitter citrus. Overall: Decent brewski. The can description says its a West Coast Style and that seems to fit. Brings me back to my days in San Diego. Paired well with some Emmentaler.

Pretty clear blond yellow beer, big crackling pillowy white head, stable, a bit adhesive but not much. Aroma: fruity start, sweet impression, citrus notes, canned peaches, sweet ripe fruits, a little dank, nice if a bit heavy and intense maybe. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, lots of citrus, malty touch, a bit grassy, some tropical fruits, nice and refreshing. Aftertaste: nice, juicy, orange peel, zesty, grapefruit, other citrus fruits, some pineapple, a little grassy, floral, good one, like it!

Can. Dark brown pour with a small beige head that soon fades to a fine film. The aroma is mocha, cocoa and a bit of metal. The taste is all chocolates and cocoa. Sweet but not too sweet. Lactose give it a malted milk-ball type of effect Finishes medium in duration. Palate is full and even. Overall: decent. Paired with a habanero jack cheese, not the best pairing but it did offset the sweetness,
