June 09. 75cl bottle @ Poechenellekelder, Brussels. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Hops and orange fruits. A bit of yeast. Dry, herbal and hoppy flavor. Very nice. Re-Rating Jan 14. Poechenellekelder again. Really fresh and lovely bottle. Hops and mild yeast and a touch of funk. Great! 3,7 - 4.

Bottle Quite clear, yellow/amber body. Off-white, fizzy head. The stress of the aroma is citric (oranges) with some hints of caramalts. Heavily bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Very nice, well balanced beer.

Bottle that I picked up in Dranken Geers, Gent, Belgium early March 09, consumed 17-03-09 Pours hazy amber with a white head. The aroma is yeasty a touch sharp though only a little. Taste is really just a little too sweet for me, quite yeasty spicy but overall I found this lacking a little. A6 A3 F6 P3 OV12 3.0

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with tiny floating impurities and a dense and creamy off-white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish spicy aroma with some fruit. Medium body, malt, fruit and spices and a whiff of yeast. Somewhat astringent finish. 190209

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and light notes of wood. The flavor is sweet malty with noets of milk and wood. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

75cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Cloudy amber, lasting beige head. Lots of floaters. Bready yeasty Belgian yeast aromal Some fruity esters. More of a tripel than an amber, but smoother and creamier in mouth. Yes, some hops on end, above moderate hops, but not particularly bitter. Good finishing hops. Its alright, great hop on finish and pretty good quality

75 cL bottle, courtesy of chris_o. Pours clear and golden yellow with a collapsing white head. Mild caramel malty to a dense phenolic yeasty aroma. Mild yeasty flavoured to a distinct hoppy flavoured base, good example of hops and belgian yeast going along a nice balance. Lasting yeasty and mild hoppy finish.

A reddish amber ale with a thick off white head. A good hoppy aroma, coriander notes, light curacao. In mouth, a light caramel with pinhey hops, light cloves. A surprisingly hoppy and pleasant ale. On tap at In de Wildeman, Nov. 2006.

Clear peach-amber-yellow color, good cloudy head, lace. Aroma of dry hops, crispbread and wood. Sweetish malty with almost pilsner-like malt base, peppery with gentle bitter hops. Warming alcohol finish. Nice tickling hoppyness in the aftertaste together with balancing sweeter flavors. Aroma was not promising, but flavourwise enjoyable and extremely balanced.
