Copper with a white head. Bold sweet malts, dank, citrus, a touch of red berries. Medium to full body. Finish has a nice bitterness and slightly dry. A solid old school DIPA.

2023 version on draft. Deep brown with a small head. Intense dark fruits, radiating, plum, fig, oak, toasted malts, caramel, earthy, sweet. This baby is bold. Wifey took the smallest sip and erupted in goosebumps. Finish is all of the same and rather sweet. The booze is obviously there but not overwhelming. A delight.

5 oz draft. Flavor is a classic quad. Shows dark brown sugar, molasses, and bready malt. Hints of old hard candy. ABV is not noticeable. Classic well-made example of the style.

5 oz draft. Aroma is cherry and mild funk. Flavor is the funky Lambert yeast with a nice long, lingering tart cherry in the finish. Funk, barnyard and tart cherries round out the entire profile. Good

Coffee, heavy whiskey, pecan, dark chocolate, and musty sherry. Sweet and malty and syrupy. Heavy body, smooth and flat (not unexpected, given the age). Clean, flavorful, and quite enjoyable.
