Description
Lagabière was born in November 2012. Brothers Sébastien and Francis Laganière opened the doors of their brewery in the heart of Old St. Jean, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Initially offering only one of their beers and a few beers, the inventory has grown rapidly, offering only locally brewed products. With a capacity of 20 beers in service, the offer is very diversified. Each recipe is original and brewed with extreme rigor. Today, after more than sixty original recipes created, Lagabière also offers a range of imported beers, quality alcohols and a homemade food menu, incorporating as much beer as possible.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of hoppy flora undertones with some tart notes is quite enticing. Taste is a good mix of hoppy dank notes with some tart notes with some citrusy floral undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice mix of tart and hoppy flavours with great drinkability.

Can: Poured a light yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of citrusy notes with light tropical fruits is quite pleasant. Taste is also a great mix of dank notes with some citrusy and tropical fruit undertones, light residual sugar notes with a mild dry/bitter finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very well brewed with great refreshing factors.

En fût sur place. Couleur jaune paille légèrement voilée, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme de pamplemousse, citron, pointe herbacée. Goût d'écorce de pamplemousse, houblon résineux, amertume moyenne-élevée, malt pâle. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
