Hazy brown with a small off-white head. Nutty malt aroma, fruity notes and a hint of roasted malt. Nutty and toasted malt flavour with plums. Rather sweet. Bitter and roasted finish. Good balance and lots of character for a brown ale.

Cloudy orange with a big white head. First thing to hit the nose is CO2, then the usual banana and spice - after a couple of sniffs, the spicy phenols dominate. Sweet and mostly phenolic flavour with very strong carbonation. An average entry in a style that’s not my favourite at all

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Jan 2011. Pours unclear amber with a creamy off white head. Nose is sweet. Berries and toffee. Flavor is chocolate and caramel. Quite a weird homebrew like sweetness. Medium bodied. Dry and short end.

Bottle. A hazy, ruby beer topped by a beige, dense head soon diminishing. Smoked, phenolic aroma, malty and with a touch of caramel. Smoked, lightly peaty, caramel flavor with a phenolic touch. Full-bodied. Lasting finish, smoked and toffeeish, quite peaty. Not a favorite smoked beer of mine, but quite decent indeed. 100814

Bottle. A more or less clear amber beer with a small, beige head. Very flowery nose with some hoppy scents. Rather subdued maltyness. Flowery, citrusy flavor with some maltyness. Dry, medium to full body. Lasting flowery finish. A rather nice one, but I would like to have the malts a bit more present. 100814

Bottle, 5.8%. Roasted aroma, seems to have a little acetone. Hazy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is papery with some roasted malt and a strange sweetness. Tastes a little old, but is supposed to be fresh.
