2010: Slightly hazy copper with a firm and lasting off-white head. Fruity and malty aroma with anise and licorice notes. Sweet fruity and spicy flavour. The anise becomes a little too dominating for my anise sensitive tastebuds. 3.3

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel combined with lighter notes of vinegar. The flavor is hoppy and malty combined with notes of vegetables, leading to a dry vegetable finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, smoke, shoe polish, leather, light coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel.
