Brewery draught, 6/28/25.
Gently-to-moderately hazy, brass-golden. Small, fluffy, white head.
Fruity and lightly juicy nose is clean and bright with cracker and hints of grapefruit on the finish.
Juicy, fruity hops and a very fruity yeast with biscuity, crackery malts, low sweetness and reasonable depth. Clean, bright and refreshing. No compromise on flavor for its smaller size.

Draught at the brewery, 6/28/25.
Mostly clear, copper-brass. Large, off-white head.
Big phenols and esters giving a bit more clove, bubble gum and other Americanized "saison" characteristics. Malts seem quite present, though, helping soak up/balance some of it.
In the mouth it's quite round, nearly full for the style with lots of white bread, moderate sweetness and fruitiness but a bit more crude phenolics than I want. Gets difficult to drink as a result.

Brewery draught, 6/28/25.
Clear, deep amber-mahogany. Medium-sized, dark beige head.
Lots of random malt notes in the nose. Toast, coffee, vanilla, brown bread, white bread. A bit odd to use 8 malts. Seems clean, with low hopping per the style. Not as much base malt though, leaving it a bit overly toasty/grainy.
Similar in the mouth. It's not thin, but it's also not comforting in the malt texture. Dry, toasty, grainy, a bit husky, with low hops and no flaws noted.

Brewery draught, 2/16/25.
Clear bright golden. Large, white head.
Super sweaty, old school hops. Pine, big stone fruit and apple, but short of resin. Balancing white bread and biscuit from malt.
Heavy phenol from yeast adding heavy black pepper and long alcohol, though not hot. Heavy pineapple but not resinous. Rich, strong, thick, syrupy malt. Approaching Barleywine territory. Herbs, grass, floral notes. An old school specialty for sure and interesting in many ways.

2/16/25 draught at the brewery.
Clear, deep amber with ruddy tones and a small, light beige head that quickly recedes to ring.
Heavy melanoidin with rich, date, fig, a bit of alcohol warmth, brown sugar and light floral notes.
Toasty and rich with strong brown bread and fruity, tart melanoidin. Malty up front drying out fully and ending very, very dry and crusty. Not so much deep, comforting malt but hard to get mad at a very dry example.

Brewery draught, 2/16/25.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Medium-sized, off-white head, good retention.
Juicy citrus and strong stone fruit with strong Meyer lemon and rich biscuit and baguette-like malts. No resin or booze.
Floral, grassy, spicy, lemony. Weird stuff and super different but juicy and drinkable. Maybe a bit too dry and crackery. There's almost zero sweetness or comforting maltiness here.
