Flying Couch Brewing was founded in 2011 as a gipsy brewery and has since 2015 changed to a physical self-owned brewery located in the northwestern part of Copenhagen.
The beer is mainly found in the Copenhagen area but is also distributed by Det Belgiske Hus to the rest of Denmark.
Export occurs occasionally and includes Spain, Sweden (Elixir & Wine), Norway, Finland, Austria, the UK, The Netherlands and more.

[5/2/13] Draught at Søernes Ølbar in Copenhagen. As "Flying Couch Quadruple". Dark brown. Aroma of dark fruits, malt, caramel and sugar. Sweet flavor, malty and caramelly with dark fruits and some salty notes. Medium-bodied.

[5/2/13] Draught at Søernes Ølbar in Copenhagen. Roasty aroma with piney notes and a hint of coffee. Bitter flavor with light sweetness, roastiness and piney hops. Medium-bodied.

Draught at Søernes. Isnt this an ABT/Quad? Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Heavy bitter very nice flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Tap @ soernes olbar. Dark color, short brown head. Aroma of chocolat and cookie, some coffee. Soft sweet taste, nicely balanced. Nice and easy porter.

From tap at Søernes Ølbar. Pours murky brown with a small tan head. Toasted malty and overripe fruity. Toffee malty. Sweet, toasted malty, estery and caramelish. Dry overripe fruity. Dense malty and phenolic. Warming alcolhol finish. Too sweet initially and dry phenolic.

Draft. A murky red-brown beer with a lazing yellow head. The aroma has notes of malt, candy sugar, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, alcohol, candy sugar, and phenol, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Too sweet - and what a name.
