Description
Flying Couch Brewing was founded in 2011 as a gipsy brewery and has since 2015 changed to a physical self-owned brewery located in the northwestern part of Copenhagen.

The beer is mainly found in the Copenhagen area but is also distributed by Det Belgiske Hus to the rest of Denmark.

Export occurs occasionally and includes Spain, Sweden (Elixir & Wine), Norway, Finland, Austria, the UK, The Netherlands and more.

Draft @ DØE BeerFest 2012. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a slightly roasted malty hoppy piney aroma. Roasted malty hoppy bitter licorice flavor with piney hints. Has a roasted malty hoppy bitter piney finish.

Draft @ DØE BeerFest 2012. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty hoppy grapefruit flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, cacao notes, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, chocolate - cacao notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Hazy brown beer, little pale tan head. Light crisp palate. Minerals. Decent caramel malt with good piney hops, backed up by some citrus. Sharp finish. Nice.

Entered to celebrate my rating number 23,900. Draft. An unclear amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt, as well as lighter notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and malt as well as light notes of hops, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish.
