(Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen, 18 Feb 2012) Dark golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, lemon, peaches, crystal malt and floral hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, grass, peaches and a refreshing bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, well balanced and refreshing. Nice one.

On tap. Pours an opaque black with a creamy beige head leaving a dense lacework. The nose is primarily hard roast malts with the hops adding an aromatic edge. Medium body, again the hard roast dominates with a whiff of pleasant aroma hops. Dry but not overly hoppy finish. More of a hoppy Stout than a Black IPA. But still very enjoyable. 040312
