Draft at Orsted Olbar, Copenhagen. Hazy deep red brown beer, good pale tan head. Palate is soft with mild fine carbonation. Dry. Mild tangy dark malt with quite a bit of lacto. Nuts! Lots of nuts! Finishes soft and dry with minerals and mild coffee bitternes.

Tap @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Almost black with small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, little hop, little caramel and a little butter. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, hops, little liquorice, medium sweet and a little bitter.

On tap at Ørsted Ølbar & Cafe, May 2012. Clear orange with a small white head. The aroma was sweet with fruit, bread, citrus and some yeast. About the same in the taste. Not bad but not that exciting either.

[5/12/12] Draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Black with a beige-light brown head. Roasty aroma with a bit of yeast, candy-ish nores and some hops. Roasty flavor, quite dry, with light sweetness and quite a bit of slightly citric hop bitterness. Quite nice.

[5/12/12] Draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Hazy golden. Floral hops aroma, somewhat fruity. Slightly grainy hoppy flavor, floral, fruity and a bit sweet. Finishes bitter and a bit husky. Medium-bodied.
