Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear Golden with a small white head. Vaguely citrusy nose. Thin, grainy body, bready and yeasty with a buttery edge. Very subdued bitterness but high carbonation. 300122

Bottle picked up at Irma Valby and drunk at home - pours a hazy orange with a white head. Sweet with some light citrus accents, hay, florals, straw, sweet thin malts, thin body, light grassy bitter hop finish. Not bad overall.

Bottle from Irma Valby and drunk at home - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Citrus fruity with some lemon prominence, citrus rind, grassy hoppy bitterness, light citrus spice, bitter hoppy close, pretty refreshing overall, not bad AF action

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a dissipating beige head. Nose is somewhat rustic, yeasty, caramel and some slight phenols. Rich, sweet and malty body. Again caramel, but also licorice and dark, dried fruits. Luckily the spices aren't overpowering, so it comes out as a pretty decent stab at a Christmas beer. 050122

bottle from Natholdets Julekalender #22 clear light brown, light brown head. aroma of caramel, nuts and dark dried fruits like figs, dates, plums etc. pretty nice flavor, quite sweet but also balanced by a aromatic bitterness that ends almost smoked malty. The bitterness almost goes burnt plastic but it could also be grapefruit peel. Or perhaps spices. In fact some of the dried fruity sweetness could be partly from well selected spices.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy reddish orange with airy beige head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with fruity touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of malt, fruit and yeast, and touches of caramel. Estery and bitter aftertaste. Reasonable. A little too boozy-bitter, though, to merit a high score.

Hazy chestnut colour with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of dark sugar, orange peel and unfermented wort. Sweet malty flavour with dark sugar, orange and molasses. A bit like Danish hvidtøl, but thinner and more bitter.
